You can now export data from Microsoft Lists as CSV files

Microsoft recently rolled out an update that allows y'all to export information from Microsoft Lists every bit comma-separated values (CSV) files. This should get in easier to compile and share information, specially with people using different apps. The update was appear through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (via OnMSFT). Microsoft explains that the Export to CSV choice is only supported within Lists, not within document libraries, "Unfortunately, when the feature was rolled out, the changes were visible in both document libraries and lists, and we are working to correct this issue by late May, and merely evidence the new CSV option within lists."

Microsoft Lists can exist used to runway a broad range of information, including inventory, itinerary, assets, problems, and more. The ability to export information as a CSV file makes information technology much easier to handle.
